The Croydon Project (Whitgift & Centrale Masterplan)
URW’s mixed-use vision for Whitgift, Centrale and Allders remains at masterplan stage. Around 2,500–3,000 homes are proposed; the July freehold purchase and separate Centrale entrance permission are confirmed milestones. Comprehensive approval, construction and completion dates remain unverified.

Regina Road Redevelopment
Croydon Council’s South Norwood estate renewal has permission for up to 340 homes, including 225 affordable homes in Phase 1. Lovell is on site for preparatory works; the CPO was confirmed on 22 July 2026. Permanent new-home construction progress and future handovers remain to be verified.

College Green Regeneration
College Green is the public-space project beside Fairfield Halls and Croydon College, within the wider Fair Field regeneration area. Croydon Council announced planning permission for the new park on 1 July 2026. The surrounding district combines an earlier cultural refurbishment, completed residential buildings and further housing proposals, each with its own delivery history.
