This page explains the controls behind Bellsoph. Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we handle, why we use it and your data-protection rights.
Encrypted connections
Bellsoph's website and landlord platform use HTTPS to encrypt information as it travels between your browser and the service. Requests made over HTTP are redirected to HTTPS.
Access to your workspace and documents
The platform checks that you are signed in and have access to the relevant workspace. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage. Document previews and downloads also check the workspace and the account that uploaded the file.
Document previews use temporary access links that expire after 10 minutes. Treat these links as private while they are valid. Keep your account details confidential and review who has access to your workspace.
Primary database and document storage in London
Our primary database and uploaded documents use Supabase's London region. Our application functions run in Vercel's London region.
Some supporting services, including AI providers, may process data outside the UK. London hosting does not mean that every part of the service processes data only in the UK. Our Privacy Policy explains the providers we use and international processing.
Document extraction and AI processing
When you ask Bellsoph to extract information from a document, the relevant file or text may be sent to a document-processing provider. Bellsoph uses OpenAI as the primary AI provider, with Google Gemini available as a fallback. Check extracted information before relying on it.
Upload only information you are entitled to use. You can ask our support team for the current sub-processor list and information about where processing takes place.
Privacy, export and deletion requests
Use our contact form for questions about your personal data, exporting workspace information or closing an account. The Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion and the information that may need to be kept.
If your information is in a landlord's or agent's workspace, contact that business first. It normally decides how your information is used, and Bellsoph supports it in responding.
