01

Give your agent the next job

A few practical answers

Ask us a question
What can I send to my agent’s email address?

Forward property invoices, receipts, certificates and reminders. Your agent reads the email and attachments, identifies the property or tenant and files the document or prepares the relevant action. Check the result and confirm anything the agent cannot match clearly.

Can I work with my agent on WhatsApp?

Yes. You can send property documents and requests on WhatsApp. The agent uses your property records to understand the request and asks for confirmation when the match or next step is unclear.

What should I check after AI reads a document?

Check the property, tenant, dates and amounts against the source. Correct any suggested detail before you approve it. AI vision helps with the reading; your review keeps the records accurate.

Where can I get help with my account or billing?

Use the Contact us page and choose the topic that fits your question. If you already have an account, write from its email address so we can find it. Plan details are on the Pricing page.
