Watford Riverwell
Watford Riverwell continues to advance as a significant mixed-use regeneration project, with recent milestones including the completion of Avenues Phase 1 and the ongoing delivery of Riverwell Square. The joint venture between Watford Borough Council and Kier Property is currently focused on site remediation and enabling works supported by government funding, which are preparing the ground for future residential phases and the continued expansion of the neighbourhood's commercial and public amenities.
Town Hall Quarter
Town Hall Quarter is a phased regeneration programme transforming Watford's civic and cultural core. Following the successful 2025 reopening of the Watford Colosseum, the project is currently focused on the refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Town Hall. This phase includes the creation of a new museum, a community café, improved council service facilities, and an innovation hub. The wider masterplan, delivered through a 50/50 joint venture with Mace, aims to introduce new homes, a health hub, and public realm improvements to the surrounding area.
