Watford Riverwell
Watford Riverwell continues to progress as a major mixed-use regeneration project, with recent milestones including the official opening of a new Safestore facility in June 2026 and the advancement of new residential phases. The joint venture between Watford Borough Council and Kier Property has successfully secured government funding from the Brownfield Land Release Fund to support ongoing site remediation and enabling works, which are essential for preparing land for future housing delivery. The project remains a central component of West Watford's transformation, integrating new homes, commercial space, and improved infrastructure.

Town Hall Quarter
Town Hall Quarter is a phased regeneration programme transforming Watford's civic and cultural core. Following the successful 2025 reopening of the Watford Colosseum, the project is currently focused on the refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Town Hall. This phase includes the creation of a new museum, a community café, improved council service facilities, and an innovation hub operated by Co-Space. The wider masterplan, delivered through a 50/50 joint venture with Mace, aims to introduce over 400 new homes, a health hub, and public realm improvements to the surrounding area.
