Attercliffe Waterside

A long-term regeneration initiative transforming the Lower Don Valley into a sustainable, residential-led neighbourhood. The project aims to deliver up to 3,000 new homes and 1,500 jobs over 10-15 years. Phase one, currently underway, involves the construction of over 360 homes by Citu, alongside the conversion of historic industrial buildings into workspaces, arts, and leisure facilities, supported by transport infrastructure upgrades.

Moorfoot Catalyst Site

A major residential-led regeneration project spanning over five hectares south of The Moor. The scheme focuses on the former Wickes site and the landmark Moorfoot Building, with plans to create approximately 725 homes, including 320 within the refurbished Moorfoot Building, alongside commercial space, a mobility hub, and new public realm. The project aims to act as a catalyst for surrounding brownfield land and improve connectivity between London Road, Ecclesall Road, and the city centre.

Sheffield Station Campus

A strategic development opportunity focused on the area around Sheffield Midland Station. The masterplan aims to deliver approximately 215,000 sq ft of new office space and 800 new homes, supported by infrastructure improvements including a new foot/cycle bridge and public realm works. The project is being developed in collaboration with Homes England and other regional partners to align with Northern Powerhouse Rail connectivity.
