Sewell Group Craven Park Regeneration
The Sewell Group Craven Park regeneration project, led by Hull Kingston Rovers, continues to progress following formal planning approval granted by Hull City Council in February 2026. The development aims to transform the stadium surroundings into a comprehensive sports and retail hub, featuring new training pitches, community sports facilities, and commercial units for national retailers including Aldi and Home Bargains. The project remains in the post-approval phase, with the club currently finalising legal agreements, including Section 106 obligations, before construction can commence.

Albion Square Redevelopment
The Albion Square redevelopment in Kingston upon Hull is progressing as a significant city centre regeneration project, with Capital&Centric confirmed as the preferred lead development partner. The scheme aims to transform a derelict site into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood, featuring over 200 to 300 rental homes, commercial space, and a new urban park, while ensuring the preservation of the Grade II listed Three Ships Mural within the final design.

East Bank Urban Village
The East Bank Urban Village is a 15-year regeneration project in Kingston upon Hull, led by the English Cities Fund (ECF) in partnership with Hull City Council. The scheme aims to transform vacant brownfield land into a sustainable neighbourhood featuring up to 850 homes, including affordable housing and Build-to-Rent (BTR) units, alongside commercial and public-realm spaces. Following the submission of a hybrid planning application in April 2026, which includes detailed plans for 115 affordable homes in phase one and the restoration of the Grade II-listed Trinity Buoy Shed, the project is advancing through the planning process with construction anticipated to commence in 2027.
