Albion Square Redevelopment

A council-backed mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of the city centre. The scheme involves the demolition of the former BHS building and the transformation of the site into a vibrant neighbourhood featuring residential units, office and retail space, and a new urban park. Capital&Centric has been appointed as the preferred lead development partner to deliver the project over the next four years, with a focus on retaining the Grade II listed Three Ships Mural.
