Private rents in Kingston upon Hull averaged £691 in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up by £1 on June’s £690, so the month-on-month movement was small but still positive.
The latest reading also leaves rents 7.2% higher than a year earlier, when the average was £645.
