Bradford’s average house price stood at £188,505 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That was up 0.9% on March, when the average was £186,858.
Over the year, prices were 5.7% higher than in April 2025, when the average stood at £178,262. The latest reading shows Bradford continuing to edge upwards.
Bradford’s average private rent stood at £746 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up from £742 in April.
The monthly rise was 0.5%, so rents continued to edge higher rather than jump sharply. The annual picture shows a clearer increase.
