According to the latest UK House Price Index for Harlow, the average home price stood at £318,143 in April 2026. That is up 0.3% from March, when the average was £317,070.
It also puts prices 5.1% higher than a year earlier, showing that values have continued to rise over the past 12 months.
Harlow’s average private rent stood at £1,517 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up £3 from April, so rents rose by 0.2% month on month.
It also means the city has now passed the £1,500 mark and continues to edge higher.
