Windsor and Maidenhead’s average house price stood at £576,992 in June 2026, according to the latest UK House Price Index. That is below May’s £582,192, so prices fell 0.9% month on month.
On an annual basis, values were also 2.2% lower than in June 2025, when the average price was £589,810.
Windsor and Maidenhead’s average private rent stood at £1,805 in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was down from £1,814 in June, a monthly fall of 0.5%.
It is a small drop, but it does show the market easing after several months of steady increases.
