South Staffordshire’s average house price in June 2026 was £310,258, according to the UK House Price Index. That leaves the area above the £300,000 mark, and broadly in line with the spring levels seen earlier this year.
Prices were flat on the month.
Private rents in South Staffordshire edged up again in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. The average monthly rent reached £949.
That was up from £947 in June, so the month-on-month move was a modest 0.2% rise. The annual picture remains firmer.
