South Holland’s average house price stood at £225,896 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That is up 2.7% on March, when the average was £220,042.
It is also 3.9% higher than a year earlier, showing that values have moved back into annual growth after a weaker spell earlier in the year.
South Holland’s average private rent stood at £762 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up by £2 from April, so rents rose by 0.2% month on month.
Over the year, average rent was £27 higher than in May 2025, which is a 3.7% increase.
