Runnymede’s average house price stood at £479,830 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That is a rise of 1.2% on the month and 1.3% higher than a year earlier.
This means prices recovered in April after a softer March.
Runnymede’s average private rent was £1,575 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up slightly from £1,571 in April, a monthly rise of 0.2%.
Rents therefore edged higher at the latest reading, but the move was modest. The annual picture is still softer.
