North Lincolnshire’s latest UK House Price Index reading for June 2026 shows an average house price of £181,725. That is up 1.0% on May, when the average stood at £179,907.
Over the year, prices are 7.8% higher than in June 2025, when the average was £168,575.
North Lincolnshire’s private rental market edged higher again in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. The average monthly rent reached £653.
That was up from £652 in June, a monthly rise of 0.3%. The annual picture is still much firmer than the month-to-month movement suggests.
North Lincolnshire had an estimated resident population of 171,421 in 2025. That provides the backdrop for the local labour market and the earnings figures published by ONS and Nomis.
The latest Annual Population Survey profile, as shown by Nomis, puts the employment rate at 74.4%. That is slightly below the Great Britain average of 75.5%.
