North East Lincolnshire’s latest UK House Price Index data puts the average home price at £149,911 in April 2026. That is a small rise from £149,514 in March, up 0.3% month on month.
It also leaves prices 1.3% higher than a year earlier, when the average stood at £147,945.
North East Lincolnshire’s latest average private rent stood at £618 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up by £1 from April, so the month-on-month movement was small at 0.3%.
Over the year, rents were 3.2% higher than in May 2025, when the average was £599.
North East Lincolnshire’s labour market picture shows a mix of decent employment and softer pay levels. According to ONS data presented by Nomis, the area had a resident population of 159,911 in 2024.
