Mid Sussex house prices stood at £432,190 in April 2026, according to the latest UK House Price Index. That puts the area slightly below March’s £435,631.
The monthly movement was -0.8%, so prices dipped after a relatively steady start to the year. Year on year, the picture is still positive, but only just.
Private rents in Mid Sussex stood at an average of £1,415 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was £5 higher than in April, so rents rose by 0.3% month on month.
