Hammersmith and Fulham’s average house price stood at £741,612 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That was a very small monthly fall of 0.1%, down from £742,214 in March.
It also leaves values 7.6% lower than a year earlier, when the average price was £802,994 in April 2025.
According to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents, the average rent in Hammersmith and Fulham stood at £2,770 in May 2026. That is up from £2,755 in April, a month-on-month rise of 0.5%.
