Enfield’s average house price stood at £465,031 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That was almost unchanged from March, when the average was £465,365.
The monthly movement was a slight fall of 0.1%. The annual picture is softer.
Prices were 1.3% lower than in April 2025, when the average was £471,250.
Enfield’s average private rent stood at £1,788 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That is up from £1,775 in April, so rents rose by £13 month on month.
