East Staffordshire’s average house price stood at £224,317 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That is the latest official reading for the area.
It leaves prices 1.8% higher than in April 2025, but 2.6% lower than in March 2026.
East Staffordshire’s average private rent was £838 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up £2 from April’s £836.
