Ealing’s average house price stood at £556,675 in April 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That is down 1.1% from March, when the average was £562,945.
It is also 4.2% lower than a year earlier, showing that values have softened over the past 12 months.
Ealing’s average private rent stood at £2,060 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up £3 from April’s £2,057.
The month-on-month move was small, but it still pointed to rents edging higher. The annual picture is steadier than it was a year ago.
