Crawley’s average house price stood at £338,311 in June 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That was up 0.9% on May and 4.5% higher than a year earlier.
In cash terms, the average home in the city is now worth a little over £14,500 more than in June 2025.
Crawley’s average private rent stood at £1,486 in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up from £1,484 in June, so rents rose by £2 month on month.
The monthly change was 0.11%, which shows growth is still positive, but only just. Year on year, the picture is stronger.
