Spon End Regeneration
The Spon End regeneration project, led by Citizen Housing in partnership with The Hill Group, is currently in its construction phase. This long-term, multi-phase redevelopment aims to replace 1960s housing stock with approximately 750 energy-efficient, affordable homes. Supported by significant investment from Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority, the scheme also includes public realm improvements and the enhancement of the River Sherbourne corridor.

City Centre South
City Centre South is a £450 million mixed-use regeneration project in Coventry, which has officially transitioned from the demolition phase to active construction. Led by Shearer Property Regen Ltd, a joint venture between The Hill Group and Shearer Property Group, in partnership with Coventry City Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority, the scheme is transforming a 6.5-hectare area of the city centre. The project is being delivered in phases, with Phase 1 now underway to provide approximately 1,000 new homes, including 200 affordable units, alongside 8,000 square metres of commercial space and 17,000 square metres of public open space.
