Bromley’s average house price stood at £518,235 in June 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That leaves the borough slightly below the previous month’s £523,271.
Prices fell 1.0% month on month. The annual picture is weaker too.
Bromley is now 1.4% below June 2025, when the average price was £525,466.
Bromley’s average private rent stood at £1,681 in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up from £1,678 in June, so rents rose by £3 in the month.
The monthly move was modest, with the index increasing by 0.18%.
