Breckland’s latest UK House Price Index reading puts the average home price at £275,312 in April 2026. That is up 1.2% on March, when the average stood at £272,091.
It also means prices are 3.1% higher than a year ago.
Private rents in Breckland reached an average of £920 in May 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up by £7 from April’s £913, a monthly rise of 0.8%.
Over the year, rents were 4.6% higher than in May 2025, when the average was £879.
