Ashford’s average house price stood at £344,332 in June 2026, according to the UK House Price Index. That is only a small move from May, when the average was £344,570.
Prices slipped by 0.1% month on month, so the market was broadly stable rather than sharply rising or falling.
Ashford’s average monthly rent reached £1,246 in July 2026, according to the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. That was up by £2 from June’s £1,244.
In percentage terms, rents rose by 0.15% over the month. It is a modest increase, but it keeps the market moving higher.
The annual picture is clearer.
